Susan Heegaard - Higher education policy forum

The council hosted a Dec. 15, 2008 discussion on how we continue to expand opportunity in higher education despite the financial problems facing our state. Susan Heegaard, director of the Minnesota Office of Higher Education, was one of the speakers at this forum.
