Musil is an excellent resource on the topics of subprime and adjustable-rate mortgages, foreclosures, the credit crunch and the local and national housing markets. 

During the past 25 years, Musil has served on numerous committees and boards in real estate-related government, nonprofit and professional organizations. Musil holds a B.A. from Macalester College, an M.B.A. from University of St. Thomas and a doctorate in public administration from Hamline University.
