What have you been doing since you graduated?
Since July, I have been a research assistant at the Tax Policy Center in Washington D.C. This position is great for me because I am interested in public policy research and really wanted to use my quantitative research skills. This is also an exciting time to examine tax policy since the 2001 tax cuts expire in 2010. Many research assistants go on to graduate school after a few years of working here, which matches well with my career goals. This position will provide me with great experience and help me explore possible career opportunities.
